NA64<\/strong> is a cutting-edge experiment at CERN exploring fundamental questions in particle physics, such as the origin of dark matter. By directing high-energy electrons, positrons, muons, and hadrons onto a fixed-target, NA64 searches for rare events in which part of the beam energy disappears invisibly\u2014a possible signature of a new dark-sector particle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The COLINA<\/strong> project aims to develop an innovative, single-phase noble-liquid time projection chamber with electroluminiscence amplification to detect coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering, a neutrino interaction which enables miniaturisation of otherwise massive neutrino detectors. The TPC\u2019s unique conical shape will \u2018funnel\u2019 the drifting charges towards a small amplification region.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
